Friday is Indie Game day at Games of Experience. Or, in other words, we spend our Fridays browsing the web for indie games, playing them, and pretending it’s work-related. Every Friday we will be spotlighting our favourite indie game, the game that got us through all the hard work this week. This week’s Indie Game of the Week is…

Bewbees

Go ahead, pronounce it. Beeeewbeees. Boobies. Yes, well done.

Now, I haven’t been able to get this particular game out of my head. This game won 3rd place during the recent Global Game Jam in the Netherlands and does not only have the most hilarious characters I’ve seen in years, but it’s fun to play (challenging though!) and has the best soundtrack IN THE WORLD. Okay, maybe not in the world, but we’ve been singing it at the office for way too long now. The soundtrack – for those who don’t recognize it – is from The Neverending Story. Apparantly, according to one of the game’s producers, the copyright for The Neverending Story ended right in the weekend they were creating Bewbees. Thank you, Neverending Story. Click HERE to play Bewbees!

This next video explains everything you need to know about Bewbees – the story, the characters, and the song.

The game was created by Joris Dormans, Stephan van der Feest, Jeroen Houttuin, Simon van der Linden, Javier Sancho and Hendrik Visser.
